By downloading this product and using it on any computer or device, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA). Be sure to read the following agreement before using this product. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS PRODUCT AND DESTROY ALL COPIES OF IT.

 This is a license, not a sale. Tammy Cirilli retains all intellectual property rights in the contents of this product. The product and all of its content is provided under the terms of this Agreement, which governs the use of the content.

You are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, non sub licensable right to use this product for:

Personal Use

You may create non-published digital scrapbook layouts for yourself using this product in any manner.

Professional Use

You may use this product to create digital scrapbook layouts for compensation by another party provided that the layout is delivered to your client as a 300 dpi print. You may not, under any circumstances give your client a digital file containing any part of this product.

Commercial Use

No use on commercial blogs, sites, or paid signature tag or stationery is permitted.

You may use this product in part or whole to create Incredimail or OE Stationery.
Please add “name of kit” © TammyKat Designs to permanent footer.

You may use this product in part or whole to create signature tags. You may also write tutorials based off of your
signature tags, but please add a clickable link :  ©TammyKat Designs and link to my store.  DO NOT share the kit as part

personal blogs/sites.

You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or information included in this product.

You may not apply this license agreement to any other product other than this product, the product it came with.
EXCEPTIONS

You may submit digital scrapbooking layouts for publication to books, magazines, print newsletters, digital newsletters, and digital scrapbooking website galleries provided:

The images are not substantially altered from their original or altered in such a way as to misrepresent the original product

Complete credits are published along with the image in the form of:

For example:

Background paper from [*kit name*] by [*designer full name*]
LIMITED WARRANTY

COMMERCIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT/USAGE TERMS:
The graphic files contained in this e-file are the product of TammyKat Designs and are being distributed by DigitalCandy. The single individual Purchaser (meaning, the individual who actually bought the product) may use, copy and modify these files for their own small business use.

They may design derivative work that they will personally sell or profit from as a result of their design work using the licensed materials.

They may design work for outside companies which they are not permanently employed by. This outside company may not, in turn, make profit from this design work.

They may not turn the derivative designs over to any company permanently for any reason.

They may not use the files for design work that will be turned over to another company or individual with the intention that the other company or individual will profit from the derivative work.
These files - which are to be considered a design tool rather than a final design product - are licensed to the purchaser’s computer only and are not to be shared, loaned, rented, resold, distributed, transferred, or posted across a bulletin board, network, modem, Internet or web page in their original form. The purchaser has a license to create derivative designs using these files - but is not licensed to re-distribute them in their original format.

Examples of correct usage:

Making papers that the designer will sell to consumers or retailers themselves.

Examples of incorrect usage:

Making papers that the designer will turn over to a manufacturer to sell to retailers.

Distributing the products (meaning as they are received from Tammy Cirilli) directly to consumers.

Using the products in their original state. This includes free distribution, distribution for profit, or using the files in educational materials and/or tutorials (written or movie) without prior authorization from Tammy Cirilli.
