Open up a new canvas 600x600 and flood fill with white.

Open up your tube, duplicate and close original.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer onto your canvas.

Open up your frame and paste as a new layer onto your canvas placing it below your tube layer. Place the tube so it looks like she is sitting on the edge.

Open up a paper you would like to use for the background behind the frame. Paste as a new layer and make sure it is below the frame layer. If you need to, resize the paper to your liking.

If you have a web element like in my tag, open it up now and place between the frame and paper layer. Resize if needed.

Take your magic wand and select inside of the frame making sure the frame layer is active in your layer palette.

Go to selections/modify/expand by 5 and then selections/invert. Highlight your paper layer in the layer palette and hit delete once. It should have deleted anything past the frames edges. Now in the layer palette select the web layer and hit delete once. It will also clean up anything past the frame edges.

Open up your glitter splats and place them so they are behind the paper layer that is behind the frame. Resize if needed.

I also added another spider and bat element. Add drop shadows to your elements. I used 1,2, 50 and 3 with black for the color.

Add your copyright information to your tag. I used Pixelette font, size 8, anti-alias OFF. Add this information AFTER your tag is the size you want it or the font will not be readable.

Pick a font and add your name in any color to match your tag and add a drop shadow.

ANIMATION

X out all your layers EXCEPT your web layer. Edit/copy merged and open up animation shop. Paste as new animation. This should be ONLY the web with a transparent background.

Effects/insert image effect.

The first screen that you see, change the settings to match below:

Then click the customize button and change the settings to look like this:

Click OK. You will have 20 frames if you used the same settings. Click on frame 1 and delete it. Now you should be left with 19 frames. DO NOT CLOSE THIS ANIMATION SET.

In PSP merge the glitter splats into one layer. Duplicate this layer so there is a total of three. Add DSB flux bright noise filter to each layer like you do for any glitter animation. I won’t type out all the directions since this is in so many tutorials.

X out all the layers EXCEPT the paper background layer, the top glitter splat and the background. Edit/copy merged and paste in Animation Shop as a new animation.

Go back to PSP and X out the top glitter splat layer and UN-X the second layer. Edit/copy merged and then click on the first frame in animation shop and paste after current frame.

Go back to PSP and X out the second glitter splat layer and UN-X the third and repeat the above step. You should now have 3 glitter splat frames that look like this.

Remember the web animation we did? Well now we are going to drag that over the paper background. First we need to duplicate the glitter splats layers so that we have 19 total frames.

Activate the glitter animations by clicking at the top of the frame. Hit CTRL and A at the same time. It should highlight all three layers in blue. Go up to the top of the toolbar and hit the duplicate button till you show 21 frames. Click on the 20th and 21st frames while holding the CTRL key and then hit delete. You should now have 19 frames.

At the top of your toolbar make sure to click the “propagate paste” button.

Go to frame 1 and hit CTRL and A again to highlight all the glitter splat frames. Activate the web layer and then make sure to click on frame 1 and hit CTRL and A again to highlight all the web layers.

Go up to edit/copy then activate the glitter splats frames edit/paste into selected frame. Give it a second to work then you should see the web kind of follow your cursor around. Get it where you want it then click once and it will paste it into all your frames for you. Try to center it the way you want it before clicking. If you don’t like where it ends up then hit edit/undo and try again. Hit animate and you can see what you accomplished. But we’re not done so don’t close it out.

Go back to PSP and X out all the layers we’ve used so far. You should be left with something like this:

Edit/copy merged and go to Animation shop and paste as a new animation.

Edit/copy then activate the animation layer with the web hit CTRL and A to highlight all the web frames. Edit/paste into selected frame.

Move the tube and frame layer into position like you did above and once you like where its at click once. It will paste your tube/frame layer into all the frames for you.

Hit animate and if you like where everything is placed you can save as a GIF.

In my example tag I also added the font and made it glittery along with the glitter splats layer. If you’re advanced enough in PSP then you will be able to figure this step out yourself.
